Thank you for visiting and shopping at Now Trending. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Flat Rate Shipping Australia wide is $10.95

Shipment Processing Time:

All orders placed during weekdays will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our logistical warehouse. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. You will receive a confirmation upon dispatch from the warehouse. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us by email or phone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note these shipping time will only occur after your order has been processed and dispatched. (Refer above for Processing Time)

Our current shipping method is Australia Post Standard Shipping. The estimated delivery time after dispatch of order is 4-10 business days. 

Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing the order details to keep you updated on the progress of your online order.

Damages/Lost in Transit

Now Trending is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged or your order has been lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
